There is a professional way to correct potential discrepancies in the work environment. No one is perfect. I’ve never been fired, I’ve only changed jobs for better opportunities, followed attendance policies at all previous employers and practiced professional office etiquettes. I’ve always accepted professional constructive criticism from previous supervisors and directors. The last position, I held there was micromanaged and no training to give me precise direction on how the “DIRECTOR” personally wanted housing charts maintained. This was ongoing. Unfair comments have been stated by my previous director concerning the housing charts. I followed proper protocol with maintaining the housing charts and maintaining the medical case management needs of the clients. I never received any complaints from clients or my director about any non-compliance of work, while I was there. I would have been happy to change the way the charts were managed if instructed by her. Written compliments and shout outs were given by the director in team meetings to me on a great performance. I’ve did my best to keep this review about me. However, I can’t help to mention the negative comments voiced about previous employees and how an employee was allowed to continue working with numerous tardiness/missed days (with the expectation that colleagues should be picking this person up). With my resignation and departure from HCHC CM, I’ve experienced derogatory comments regarding my performance with maintaining charts and now missing charts. This is slander towards my professionalism in my healthcare career. I take pride in my professionalism in all aspects in my work. My previous positions included: Council of Community Services, UVA ID Clinic, DIS Work, Case Investigation and Peer Reviewer for the Health Department. I’ve gained the experience and knowledge from all previous employments (including HCHC CM and I gave them a 2 star rating for that) to currently hold a leadership position. In conclusion, it was important to give a stance to support my credibility, professionalism and character. My motto is always to practice empathy, fairness, having boundaries and meeting clients where they are at.

My experience with HCHC was terrible, Specially with the dental office. It is impossible to get an appointment via phone call (they didn’t answer your phone call or call you back even when you leave a voicemail) and when you get appointment they Schedule you for over a year.

Customer service really sucks when you’re trying to get any kind of information; they are very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend to even bother trying. Never in my life I have ever talked to someone over the phone trying to set an appointment with someone yelling at on the other side of the phone. Where I come from the ppl talking to you represent the company.
